I routinely spend the occasional lunch break perusing the ED forums, reading and asking questions. While reading up on the Exploration threads I found myself wondering exactly what modules my Asp was fitted with - specifically in this case the Frame Shift Drive.

Is anybody aware of an app or a website or anything that lets you log in and view your commander's stats? Ship modules, current missions, etc. while you are away from the game?

There was an official one. Last I heard it was taken down and won't be happening until they get an API finalised. That info is from a while ago though.

I keep a spreadsheet showing the outfitting progression for each of my ships, with embedded URLs from edshipyard. It's not automatic, and it doesn't show you the other stats you mention, but it's still a boon. And I can use it to help others equip their ships too.

Yes there is such a tool but its not publicly released - might change in the future. It shows all kind of info you are looking for - and more. See this Redit thread for more information. It mentions EDAPI, EDCE and EDMC. The not released tool uses the JSON file generated by EDCE. Status and legality of those mobile api (aka OCR Error Free) tools is mentioned in that thread. All tools are written in Python and are open source. If you are coder you can write a small script to display what you need. Btw EDAPI, the standalone version already shows some of the stats you are looking for. If you have questions you can PM me.

there is a Elite app made for overwolf that does some of that (and yes you can access the data from the app webpage too), and if you use overwolf you don't have to leave the game either but can do all the stuff like browsing the web and such inside the game.

The latest pre-release of E: D Market Connector has an option to save your current ship loadout in E: D Shipyard format.
