Is there another way to get the FID?

Probably better asked in the Xbox thread, I don't see that it should be a big issue though to move your account to a new Xbox if that's what you intend to do. Or are you trying to just have the account and money moved to PC?

Account issues. The FID is optional, but give them as much information as you can, and they should be able to help.

You can get your FID (Frontier ID) from your user portal at Frontier store. https://user.frontierstore.net/

OP, you cannot move an Xbox account to a PC. Frontier cannot do that because of differences in platform.

Frontier will move your credits only, no progress, no assets, no ships, no materials, or anything else. Most folks sell all their ships before asking Frontier to move the credit balance. If you no longer have access to your Xbox account, then you will not be able to sell your ships.

Conclusion: All you will receive is the total credit balance you currently have on the Xbox account.

Not quite, Frontier also transfers the monetary value in credits of your ships & modules too (minus a % that escapes me now).

Realistically, unless you have completely wiped your microsoft account, you can just log into your account from a friends xbox.
