Is there any other place that sells everything apart from these 3 sites?

Yesterday i saw a very interesting thread about the interest in Jameson Memorial and a user posted another site that I did not know that also sold everything, but with a charge of 20%, I was curious if in some of the 69,048 stations/planetary ports, also they sell everything.

Currently there are only 3 sites where they sell everything:

CD-43 11917/Attilius Orbital;
Shinrarta Dezhra/Jameson Memorial;
Brestla/I Sola Prospect.

Really? Never heard, thanks for the info. What does "with 20% charge" mean? That the other two sites are 20 % more expensive than the base value? Or 20% more expensive than Jameson?

CD-43 11917/Attilius Orbital requires prestige 1 in CQC,

It has full outfitting at mostly normal prices, but with the best discount galaxy-wide on a couple weapon systems and a couple ships, I think. It is a very cool station... military palm tree style.

That costs an extra 20% compared to the base price.

Which is a full 100m on cutter reactive bulkheads. :O

Note also that outfitting your ship at I Sola Prospect adjusts the rebuy by the same amount! On a fully A rated prismatic/reactive Corvette, that will be an increase of 10m rebuy!
