i think that, apart from imp. only ships and fed dropship, you can find everything you want at the founder's world.
look for shinrarta dezhra
Is that only KS backer's(I'm on Xbox)?
for Founders world permit, you either need to be ranked Elite in at least 1 area or be a backer to get access, most of the better ship yards outside of founders will have a max of around 14 ships from what i have seen and kept records of.
Only founders world/shinrarta has all ships.
You can find some systems that have most ships but the faction specific ones pretty much prevent any one station from having all ships.
You can get 16/20 ships from 3 High tech stations around Lembava. The missing ones are FDL, Courier, Clipper, Dropship.

Good to know thanks. How many trader rank's after Merchant. I'm like 90% way through Merchant so I'd like to guess 2 or 3 more maybe after I rank up.
