Is there any way to check if you were the first one to discover celestial objects?

So ive explored quite a bit i went to about 7000 ly away from Sol in the dirrection of Sagittarius A* i would like to know if there is some website or in game function to show if i was the first one to explore any celestial bodies until now? Ty.

Cool, I've got 25 to my name. Didn't expect that, given I haven't done much exploration.

It tells you if someone else already discovered things in a system the minute you hit your discovery scanner and look on the system map. Every system I jump into that's initially "Unknown" for me has the discoverers' names tagged when I mouse over the objects.
