I made a huge mistake when building my park and closed the park and some guests got left stranded, so my park went from 5 stars to 2 stars and now I can't get more than 1000 guests in my huge park despite the fact that the guest cap is at 12000 and all guest moods are turned off in the settings. Can someone please help me? Is there any sort of cheat or mod I could use to override the park rating? Can Frontier maybe make it so that park rating doesn't matter in Sandbox mode like in Planco 1?

How many guests you have stuck in the park?
My park was not that big when i decided to close it up, and had 14 guests stuck.
I found out a cluster (a pool in this case) and made sure to place paths near them, and when they didnt want to move, i tried to manually move them.
But some guests were so stubborn that moving them sometimes also dont work, so in that regard, i simply deleted all stuff around them, in a range of like 3-4 meter per guest.
This means rides, scenery, paths, everything. Now my guests landed on grass and got auto teleport away. So, that is how i did it.
Ofcourse when your going for the last solution, then wait untill they are dissappeared, and use the ctrl z command to get your stuff back
Hope this helps, and hopefully you dont have that many guests to do so. I mean, if you have like a 100, it would be a bit more painful. But hey, at least this is the way that got it fixed for me
