They can write us something but we can't respond them except accepting or denying. Or I just oversee a hidden feature?

It's been raised to fdev as an issue - no idea if they'll do anything about it.
The unfunny thing after three months:
The search for squadron is a joke! Only way to find my group is by looking for the ingame squadrons id. If you look for certain tags you won't find the Legion. Which is quite "amazing", when you know that we cover nearly all.
OMG! FDEV! I wanted to spend some money for paint jobs to support you, but I simply can't! It's absolute impossible under that circumstances and all the open, but archived, bugs.

Who'd imagine in a video game marketed as an MMO, there'd be such an issue.
Keep buying the paintjobs and shipkits though, they're funding whatever half-a**ed mechanics, shallow content and mini-games we're developing to reside next to the 6-year old placeholders in 2020.
