Is there Bounty/Conflict Zone stuff in Colonia?

Hi, i was considering heading to Colonia to stay for a while in one of my favorite combat ships, ive been there once but didnt really see anyone on open play or anything. Was kinda under the impression nothing much was going on there yet (was in a asp explorer, no weapons weak shields so i didnt really check the area out as thoroughly as i wouldve liked). So i guess i was wondering if there was pirates and other baddies to kill out there, or any combat related missions to make credits do the factions ever go to civil war or anything, any hazardous res zones, assassination missions? W/ that sorta play style/interest is there any reason to go out there? Honestly im not expecting it to be better than the bubble of course, but i sorta like the whole concept of Colonia and think its pretty cool.
