Is there place in Cockpit that shows max jump distance left?

I can't find it. I can extrapolate that in the galaxy map, but it'd be a lot better in the cockpit. Also the fuel gauge that shows "0.20/hr" - what does that mean?

Thanks! :)

Ahhh thank you!!! I also figured out that the little dashes under the fuel consumption is # of jumps. All this time I'd only been going one hop and the refueling!

Actually, those are a representation of your total fuel - there will be a section colored in blue when you have a system selected, and the blue part is what will be used in the hyperspace jump to your destination.

Now see, I didn't know that... thank you

In response to the title question - No there is no indication of the maximum range your existing fuel will take you. Reason being your jump range and fuel use per ly is not static, fuel used per light year traveled increases with your ship's tonnage so carrying more cargo will increase the cost in fuel consumption. On top of this, fuel used per ly also increases as your jump distance increases. An example of this would be (figures pulled out of thin air to illustrate point);

1ly jump = 1 ton fuel used.
2ly jump = 2.25 tons used.
3ly jump = 3.6 tons used.
4ly jump = 5 tons used.

This is the reason the navigation panel has two pathing options - you can either do more jumps and use less fuel or go for the more direct route and use more fuel (no brainer really once you have a fuel scoop!)

Hope this helps!
