Is there something wrong with buying from another CMDR's carrier?

I've been to a couple of carriers to buy some stuff for on-foot gear.

I bought 50 or so optical fibres and 40 or so microelectrodes. I deffo confirmed the purchases and The bartender thanks me for my custom. However, they are not in my inventory - backpack or storage.

However... when I go to the nice chappie who'll upgrade my lazorgunz, I have the stuff listed under the "current" column.

What's the scoop? Bug?

I'm confused.

Do you mean when you go to your inventory on the right panel there's no optical fibres listed in the list of materials, rather than the optical fibres being in the list but not having the right number? I ask because I do remember not being able to find the on foot materials in the past because I was looking in the wrong list in the inventory, thought I was going mad.

But if it's just the number that's wrong, not sure why that would be. I guess as long as the engineer sees them that's the important thing!
