Is it true that even the expensive parts you put on your ship are sold back to the station when you replace them for the exact price you initially paid? I wanted to replace my fuel scoop, and I saw that it appeared I'd be getting back the exact price I paid for it. Is this how all components (internal, hardpoints) behave when replaced?
Is there zero net monetary loss on swapping out components?
