only one of these started there, the rest have been targeted expansions. We've got 4 into 5 other systems, but the presence of native faction(s) means we can't be have 100% communist.
Its a COL 285 system, I don't think any of those are native.
The similarity of mine is a system like that where it started with 4 factions that came from a different system. I have already retreated two out and got mine in. In theory I should be able to kick the last two out - but have been hesistant to do that until I take one other specific system as it will be increasingly difficult to control he expansions of I do take over that system completely and make it into and expansion hub.

Indeed its a col.... we've not got a solo communist faction in our space - 3 corporate and a feudal which spammed expansions all over the place initially!
Deriso has 7 Cooperatives at the moment (1 native, 6 foreign) - https://cdb.sotl.org.uk/systems/61 - but that's easy mode. This is far more impressive.
So have to do this with Theocracies now.

Yeah, the idea of two Theocracies going into election just seems wrong.
I'd like to see 7 anarchies in one system though. That would be a fun place.
