Is this a Black Hole? It doesn't show up on the system map as targetable...

I am in OUTOTZ DU-X B56-0
I noticed in the system map that a placeholder exists for this string of planets and an X marks it. However, I have targeted black holes in this spot in other systems. I can't target this one. Does this mean that this is just some possessive placeholder for the main star or something like that?

Nope, it's the system barycenter.
