Ships Is this a bug? I have materials but cannot craft level one upgrades

I attached a picture, I just bought Odyssey and got back into the game after two years, wanted to upgrade my Type10-Defender jump range but the option seems greyed out even tough I am filtering for available updates and I ahve the materials

Appears to look OK. Check to see if the game is showing the materials in inventory then quit Odyssey, start Horizons and see if that works? Just a guess.

If you are at the engineers (and not doing remote engineering), just try logging off and on again. It tends to fix stuff like this.
