Is this a bug or am I not reading it right ?

What's going on here ?

I'm in Summerland, and I can see two factions with the same name, but with different levels of influence:

The missions list doesn't seem to differentiate between the two.

Is this a bug ?
Will I lose Rep with one if I take missions with the other ?

I'm totally confused !

im thinking one is the internal system influence and one is the external system influence, or to say their influence on the surrounding systems maybe? not sure though, that is quite weird indeed

I guess it's really 2 different factions using the same name or 1 faction mentioned twice in the systems factions list. Turning in missions for one though won't make you loose faction with the other since they are both Empire aligned. I'd try it out actually. Perhaps it's a great way to get twice the faction for a mission. Who knows?
