Well if this still holds true the B0 is 3.5km and the AO is 4.0KM even though they both show the same 4KM, same deal with the KWS scanner. Wonderfully wonderful programming there.
If you look at all ratings, you'll see it starts at 2km for E and ends at 4km for A. They increase by 0.5km, but becouse the number is rounded it doesn't show, and this is the reason it shows B and A (and D and C) as the same number.
