Is this a dead end mission or have I just found my way in?

I don't know how this worked in the original games, so I thought it would be worth asking even if I have my doubts. If this is a dead end then how do you get in there?

No idea how you get in, but a closed off region of space requiring a permit ... cool

I took two missions to closed systems and then couldn't enter as I didn't have a permit - cost me 30k in fines and penalties! I guess the vendor assumes you'll have access!

You'll need to earn either a system or region permit based on my understanding, seems like a bug that missions to places you don't have a permit for are allowed to be taken however. Might want to ticket that.

I suspect that the view of the person who contracted me to take cargo to sirius might be that they'd assume that I had a permit before accepting the mission - hauler beware
