Is this a graphical glitch?

I fly into a neutron system and this is what i see. Kinda terrifying. Is it a graphic glitch or is it a new breed of neutron star that i should not use to charge my fsd? Kinda far out in the black with tons of data so I'd rather not lose a ship....

It's one with a very fast off-axis spin, they happen.

You're safe to charge your FSD on it, just remember to always use the very ends of the jets and keep the star itself targeted should you ragdoll into facing it somehow and get blinded by the lights so you don't smack into it's kill area. If you come out of supercruise for being too close while in a jet... you probably won't make it back into supercruise, or at least not without some MAJOR damage.
