Signing up for a power purely to make yourself a target of other players by grace of alignment?

No intention of doing any activities, and my intention is to forever sit at zero merits. I just want enemies.

Likely one of the most valid reasons to choose a power. So far I’ve only used power alignment for two reasons: Back in the day I was a Winters supporter because I liked her ethos and wanted to assist (the core powerplay immersion reason) and then later on I got into pvp and wanted speshul modules (the forced content anti immersion reason). To get in it for the pvp? I commend you, yarr.

Yeah. Piracy gives me a thrill like no other, so I reckon the power that rewards leess-than-honest cargo is a perfect fit.
