A 'smuggler' was something very, very dirty in prehistoric Britain. They never got over it.
FD need to get a grip on this as it's beyond idiotic. They are so worried about upsetting someone.. I had to contact them about a ship name i was using and ask them to whitelist it because the three letters in the middle of the name were C r a s s i e. Really? I find their filter offensive to be honest, they should dial it back a few notches. And as for the OP, nothing wrong with the first suggestion, second one is far worse imho.
I believe the issue is caused by a regular expression matching ridiculous patterns.

Better to wait for a report and then remove offending item I always think. It's like DRM for the paying customer vs the pirates that bypass that nonesense. I am not saying elite has ridiculous DRM it's just an example of useless things.

No it isn't, as it carries no definitive at the end which alludes to a specific country, continent or state you read into it what you chose from your own mind you choose to view it differently from what it says, in other words you substituted the original text to what you thought it might imply, unlike YOUR attempt at an example which fails and could be considered as racist due to the comment indicating SPECIFIC continent.

Yea the second name is better. Just make those names enough and one day they will get the hint. It's funnier that way. If they can't figure this sort of thing out themselves tehy are wroking a low enough level they cannot be told and fix it because they cannot design these things themselves. (design fields are entirely a matter of forethought.) You either can or can't before you start the project. You don't learn much in the process.

The filter can be weird. For a long time it censored my cutter's name "Monarch" because it contained "mona" which is apparently rude in italian.
This further highlights why these systems fail. Why would a none Italian speaking person ever know that, I feel like this happened in NMS too but I can't recall the details.
It's fine to transport slaves, gun down civilian tourist space whales, but you better not offend anyone with a combination of letters in four separate words that match this bizarre filter we have damn you!!
