Community Event / Creation Is this the rarest sight in the galaxy?

I mustn't be the only person that thinks these things look like cheap space limousines, possibly full of drunken women on a hen party.
Also this is the first one I've ever seen that's wanted since the beta.

Actually saw one myself. NPC's name was Butters. Guessing he was going to be grounded when he got home to his parents.
