It's the supermassive black hole in the center of our galaxy. There's a video of it when someone visited it in Gamma in a cobra, but as I read on the forums, you should steer clear of it as it corrupts your save if you try to go there now.

I calculated that if you didn't look at anything and refuelled only you could do it in about 25-30 hours but this is a very rough and none scientific calculation.
