I am using HP elitebook 8260P Laptop. Whenever i try to access my Yahoo email account using outlook 2010, i am getting a message enter password, which i dont remember. I tried to reset my password online but i am getting a message "Password can't be reset online, contact customer support. i Googled Yahoo phone Number for UK, i got this Number on my screen 0800-014-8189. I just want to confirm that is that the right number to call to get help on my YAHOO EMAIL. Because i dont want to dial any random number. Please suggest my what to do, Dial the Number, or wait?

have you tried using the browser instead ? I would try to login or reset pass via the browser at yahoo mail, sounds like your email client isn't set up to use yahoo, is this the first time you have tried ?

It looks like an American number except for the 0 on the front. It's usually a 1.
