LOL To me it looks like they need a better cooling setup. It hard to tell. Computers it all about airflow. Look at the last picture. That small vent on the side really how stupid can the person who built it be.

I build all my setups to withstand ambient temperatures higher than most any human can survive, so if I haven't collapsed from heat stroke, I know the hardware is doing just fine.
