Isla Nublar you have to succeed where others have failed

So while watching BestInSlots video from the gameplay reveal with his original commentary he was looking over the islands and when the pointer would hover over an island you would get a brief description of each one.

Isla Nublar said something and this is a paraphrase here. The island where it all began, Jurassic Park and Jurassic World. You have to succeed where others have failed.

There is a lot of secrecy from the developers about this island. They won't talk about it and from that description it's clear Nublar has nothing to do with Fallen Kingdom. There is something else going on with that island. With the fact that Matanceros takes place after the Jurassic World incident I doubt it will be a rebuilding of Jurassic World, but I could be wrong. It seems like the 5 islands of La Cinco Muertes as far as the games narrative goes will be used to rebuild Jurassic World. Not the exact park but a new park with the same name.

So that really only leaves one possible outcome for Nublar. We get to play the 1993 Jurassic Park, maybe rebuild it after the disaster. Yeah it breaks canon but who cares? I suspect we will get to use JP themed game assets as well. This would be one heck of a surprise and I can see why Frontier is holding it so close and keeping it a huge secret. They are pretty much teasing us with it.

Now maybe they will let people have a choice. Rebuild or play as the 1993 JP or 2015 Jurassic World. I know which one I would choose. But you just spent the whole game rebuilding a new Jurassic World so why would you want to rebuild it again with all the assets you just used across 5 islands?

I know there is a wish thread. But I considered this to be more like speculation.

Perhaps 1993 Jurassic Park mode and all of its assets, will be unlocked after rebuilding Jurassic World. The Monorail arrival point is next to a large body of water, similar in shape and size to the Jurassic World Lagoon.

That would be a possibility but you progress across the 5 death islands by getting a 3 star rating on each one. To unlock Nublar you need to get a 5 star rating on each of the 5 other islands. As BIS said that is a lot of work. It's a lot of work just to unlock Nublar so you can do what you have done on the other islands just you will be doing it all over again on Nublar. Plus you have all the secrecy about Nublar from the devs. If you were just going to do the same thing on Nublar that you just did on the other Islands I doubt there would be that much secrecy about it. It would be just like any of the other islands.

Perhaps it’s both, it’s modern era Isla Nublar with the remnants of Jurassic World and the task is to build a new and improved version of Jurassic Park.

That would be one heck of a surprise, I get the suspicion that Nublar will have every aspect from the other islands into one.

We know from the devs that we can go back and forth from one island to the other, so when we unlock a dinosaur on the third island we can go back to the first island and incubate it there also.
I think Isla Nublar will give us something new that we didn't have before.

Michael Brookes said in an interview that Universal said the game has to encompass the whole franchise. Also he said they were going to pay homage to JP. Just more proof that makes me believe Nublar is going to be the original 1993 park.

Though your idea is interesting. It would be interesting to see some ruins on Sorna if that is possible.
