Hardware & Technical ISP Not Connecting?

Hey all, looking for input from an IT guy.

My PC can't connect to the game or the official forums. My phone can't connect to the latter when using WiFi.

Seeing as my computer is streaming YouTube just fine and I'm posting this off my mobile data, I'm assuming my ISP is at fault? I think I'd rather get a root canal than call AT&T...

Check out http://ec2-reachability.amazonaws.com/ and http://ipv6.ec2-reachability.amazonaws.com/ and see if anything in the EU (Ireland) region comes up as unreachable.

I had this twice, both times after firmware updates to my router. Flushing DNS seems to do the trick.
Edit. Run command console as administrator and type ipconfig /flushdns.
