Zoo Tycoon Issue: Loss of in-game audio (Xbox One)

Hi all!

I've recently lost some of the in-game audio (background music, some animal noises, and a few feedback sounds). I thought maybe it was a setting issue on my Xbox One, but investigated further and all looks to be correct. Oddly enough, I still have about half of the in-game audio... including when I navigate menus. but still no background music.

Further, if I try to access the sound or music settings in-game, the menus don't advance... I can click all day with no corresponding action.

Anyone else seen or heard of this issue? I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game back to the HDD, but only regain sound until I log in with my Xbox Live account.

Would love to hear a solution, as this greatly affects the gameplay experience (half the in-game animations are now stealth).

D'oh... I'm an idiot. Disregard!

My boyfriend informed me that I had somehow turned down all of the in-game audio :(

That indeed was the problem. My settings had basically saved themselves and the issue reappeared whenever I logged in.

Lame! On me, though :)

I had this issue once as well. The menu doesn't make it easy to realize the music is turned down. It's not exactly user friendly.
