Issue tracker does not work, game hangs after a while

After long time decided to play Odyssey again.

After a while game goes to black screen and never comes back. Happens at jumping to supercruise and also disembarking from ship in SRV. Music continues to play at the background, even switches themes. Game doesn't react to any key.

Could not report it as issue tracker didn't let me do so.

That sounds like some sort of driver issue, have you updated to the latest drivers? What are your PC specs?

Thaanks for the reply! It could be related to drivers or could be something "new" - introduced in last (11) update.

Fact is I didn't have such an issue before using the same exact PC configuration (which is not so typical though - Macbook Pro in Bootcamp with eGPU Razer Core X and NVidia RTX2080ti).

And now it happened twice in a row in different places in the game, but both times during fade to black (loading screen). First time I was using fullscreen mode so I couldn't do anything at all (including alt-tab etc). Second time I was using windowed borderless mode so I made "screenshot" and could avoid restarting whole system to exit the game.
I also noticed some more shuttering in the game while flying in supercruise it sometimes freezes for a moment (from 0 up to maybe 1-2 seconds).

Ok, not sure what could be the go with that then, I haven't had anything like that, a couple of crashes since 11 was released, but just the usual crash to desktop with the error report box. I haven't seen any different with the 11 update, although the 12 update should be out next week some time, so if you can wait for that it may make a difference.

Could also be a connectivity issue, sometimes you have to wait a really, really long time for the colored snake error box to appear.

Not exactly minimum or recommended hardware here.

Most likely Bootcamp or Nvidia drivers.

Just a note, for individual issues you don't want the issue tracker. That's for issues that can affect many people. What you need to do is open a ticket with support.

Unfortunately navigating the site to find a place to open a ticket is a pain as FD seem to do everything they can to stop you actually finding the page.
