"Issue Tracker" doesn't show content?

Is this a problem only for me, or it is gloabal issue?

I have opened https://issues.frontierstore.net/ and there are not displayed the games of FD. You can get to the list of issues via using search button (search any word, like "heat"), but if you will want open chosen issue's detail, then it will say that "The issue could not be loaded."

  • Using Firefox (latest version).
  • Log out and log in didn't resolve this issue for me.

  • Clearing FF cache resolved this issue

I have this problem every time I go there, too. I use Firefox.
I don't remember what exactly fixes it for me, but it's either logging out and back in on the site, or clearing all cache and cookies, or both.
Anyway, it's a pain.
 
I am using (only) Firefox as my web browser, and I do not have this problems. I have 60.6.1 (ESR). I use the NoScript addon, and this could be the reason: In the NoScript addon you have to change all the options on the issue tracker to 'Trust'. The Issue tracker uses JAVA script obviously, and does not work if NoScript forbids to many things.
Also the advertisement blocker (I use UBlock Origin) should be switched off on this site. Since both configurations are per web site, this should be no problem.

Wow you got the Issue Tracker to display some images?

If I open it in FireFox, all I get is a white blank page. "webapp" requires unsafe and insecure Browser configurations and/or extensions - hence it fails miserably.
 
Will check if this continue working (FF 66.0.5), cache clearing resolved problem. Need to update OP with this info. Thx all!
