Issue Tracking

The station hologram misalignment was reported nearly 3 weeks ago. It's still on "confirming". Do the devs not actually play the game? Anybody would see it the first time they drop out at a station. it should have been confirmed within minutes. All the dev has to do is shout out to his mates, "anybody seen this?" and he/she'd get an immediate reply, "Yeah, happens every time". Or do they deliberately leave it unconfirmed so that nobody can vote for it to get it fixed?

This must be one of the easiest things to fix because it was working properly before the update. All they need to do is put it back like it was before. It looks to me that they tried to fix the previous 45 deg misalignment, but added 45 deg instead of subtracting, so now it's 90 deg.

Why is it still showing as "confirming" then? Don't they update the list? Others say "fixed" when they're fixed!

Well, let's hope that they're using their time fixing the issues rather than updating the tracker.

If it's showing as confirming, that is because not enough players have commented on that particular report for it to reach the confirmed status. And as QA seem a bit swamped right now, they must prioritize working on confirmed reports rather than doing low-prioirity tracker maintenance on duplicate reports of already fixed bugs.
