Issue with Clothes Shop

I have one of 3 clothes shops which is not making any money and is showing as red on the finance view. It has power and a path and I can even see people going in and coming out. The cost of goods seems to be set right so I cannot see any reason why it is not making any money. Can anyone suggest what I might have missed? Also as an aside are there any management tools which I am missing that would help me understand what is going on?

The only thing i could possibly think of is that maybe the item you are selling is more expensive then the price you ask for it? That might get you losses..
(for instance selling 10 dollar worth shirts for 5 dollars)

I have the same kinda issues with some shops, people go in but it keeps saying nothing is being sold i think there is some sort of bug going on or atleast on PS4

I have to check when I get home. I'm also on the PS4 and still on the first island. I have around 40 million in the bank and an island rating of 4,5. I haven't touched the prices at all though. And it seems to be working well. At least I sell a hell of a lot of fast food. Not sure about the merchandise though. :)

Solved it. Not so much a bug as a bit of confusion. The clothes store was on a path that did not lead to any attractions, so folks were not really passing through the area and stopping off to shop. So the figures in the management view were right, but the animation of people going in was confusing me. When I deleted the shop and moved it to somewhere else, with better footfall, people started buying from the shop right away.

To help resolve this in future I would suggest a bit more information in the management view, or clearer information. Basically something that makes it clearer that the store could be moved, or attractions built nearby, to attract customers.
