CQC Issues with gameplay in CQC release edition

Throwing up a thread to check for if this is by design or if this is all a bug and is going to be patched. Tried looking around and couldn't really see much more than the usual "It's great" / "It's awful" posts people make. So here's my bug report.

Windows 10 Rig FX-8000 Series 3.8GHZ 6 Core processor.
16GB DDR3
Radeon 7700 Graphics 2Gig Ram
Game Running on HDD Secondary for SSD Primary drive
Using X-55 Rhino HOTAS setup
Former pilot, "skill gap" not required. only stating it to dismiss potential "You're just not good" answers.

  • Engaged CQC sidewinder with 4 Condor class fighters, coordinated attacks over 15 seconds did not even begin to register damage. Later in the fight, sidewinders could be damaged later but still with immeasurable effort for a fast attack game. This was not so in beta. Often times the sidewinder could simply slow down, pivot, and open fire and destroy the condor in opening volleys. This is either a hit detection glitch, or just imbalanced.
  • Eagle Lasers continually hit through solid obstacles. The beam lasers continue to deal damage through solid structures. Potentially lag between players makes them appear behind a solid obstacle?
  • Condor Pulse lasers inexhaustable, Found a glitch in the condor where if you dial up weapons then dial back to something else while firing, you maintain the bonus of 4 ticks into weapons as long as you dont let go of the trigger. Definitely imbalanced.
  • Slower ships - This is the big one. Compared to beta, the ship combat seems sluggish and the controls less responsive. I've heard there's attempt to make this an eSport. this will not happen if you remove skill play and focus on item collection to win.
Are these issues encountered by anyone else?
 
Wow. When matchmaker decides to work, I will definitely try that Condor pip exploit. Sounds fun! Thanks FD for another quality Beta test.
 
Wow. I was not aware of these.

I did also notice that some Sidewinders had an unexpectedly high resistance against lasers...but I thought the guy had 4 pips to SYS + shield optimized to resist lasers.

I will need to try the pips glitch with the Condor. I love how this thing is nimble but its weak shield/armor is almost a no go when you don't have silent running and other players are fighting in the open.
