Issues with powerplay quests

I am having major problems completing quests for powerplay this cycle.
Example
download research/industrial data from system A and deliver to system B.
I raided a research facility in system A and downloaded copious amounts of power related files, now when I try to hand it in in system B it says the files/items are out of range.
Another example:
spread malware in undermining systems, by definition system A from pervious example is an undermining system as it is a stronghold system, but I get no progress.
Anyone having similar issues?

Lots of people. The PP mission generator seems to be missing a few boundary definitions.
Unless those are the missions from the first set, ignore them.
