No matter wich War or Civil War system i fly to/look into, there is no Ground conflict Zone anymore. The usual Space conflict Zones are still there.
For empty combat zones, you can try logging out, and then log in again. That worked for me in alpha.I've been finding ground conflicts zones, but they are populated with exactly ZERO other players when I drop, and there is no way to complete them. So I just have to call for another shuttle and leave. Massive waste of half and hour plus every time I've tried. I'm just going to do assassination missions until some of this is fixed.
I lead the BGS for a big Squadron for a while, as i said: the Conflict Zones in space are still there, only the ones on Ground have vanished. There is a way for the BGS to go into peace from war when one side wins enough (in ED:H, for a long time), but I'm not familiar enough with the system to tell about it more.
i guess i will go there and see if i find anything!I just did 2 conflict zone fights on foot at LHS 2887. Sirius Corp vs some minor faction.
me and my friend did a t3 cz tonight, he liked it, me not so much, wish i had bigger gun(have shotty, LR, torm on dom, all g1)I just tried my first one. Underwhelming as an FPS experience, topped of with a double dose of tedium either side.
I've never understood the FDev's design team argument that we'd find ship interiors boring because "repetition is tedious" yet the core of EDO/Horizon is repetitious grind, bookended by tedious supersnooze travel scenes, and now with the added tedium of arriving in a hanger and having to walk 5x the distance you ever would in a ship interior EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Well played, FDev. Does anyone in the design team actually play the game, and understand what users want? (hint: fun, not grind or time wasting)
