Hey guys,
I have played the game for some time now and my question is, is it possible to create multiple profiles in franchise mode that work independently from each other, so all points scored in the first game, you have to rework in the second.

I don't believe so. The best you can do is make multiple Zoos in the same Franchise. You can delete your Franchise and start over, but you'll lose your old Franchise forever.
