It shouldn't be so obtuse to restock limpets

So far as I can tell, 2 conditions need to be fulfilled for limpets to be available in a station:
1. Commodity trading must be present
2. The specific facility must be installed

The 1st condition can be checked easily in the available services from the system map when you select a station, but the 2nd is only known after you dock and get screwed over. Nobody expects to land at a restock facility and be told that bullets are available, but missiles and heatsinks are not. Could FDev please make it so this isn't a hit-or-miss? Maybe just bundle it with rearming facility instead of commodities+facility, or make it a listed service in the system map. This could be a rarified complaint, but I find it absurd to be shopping around for limpets.

Update:
I believe both commodity trading and restock need to simultaneously be present now. First is a planetary port with restocking but no commodity trading:

PLEASE for the love of all that is holy make it one or the other. This is VERY frustrating.

The thing is limpets are cargo none of the other ammunition is.

That said restocking them is a bit of faf. So improvements would be nice.

At least they can be synthesised.

Well I thought its availability was as per the restock service. But perhaps, perhaps ur right I dunno. Maybe I just got lucky.

Well in my mind it's a would be nice to have a ship setting for limpet restock level.

Or new Limpet Controller (SLO) [Super Limpet Overstuff] could have a few stored in itself and restocked!

I think it's both now. I have amended my original post with screencaps.
 
The way limpets are stocked could definitely use some work. The amount of clicks it takes to get into the correct menu is a bit of a faff in itself, without being unsure whether they're available at all. I'd like to see some way of assigning cargo space as limpet storage, that will automatically be filled if there's enough empty space when restocking ammo.
