Newcomer / Intro Item Wheel - not working

As I understand it, there are 2 'wheels':

1. The 'Insight Hub' wheel, opened with Q
2. The 'Item wheel' - supposed to open with default ALT-Left

The Item wheel USED to work ok, but no longer opens (I've tried opening the keybind options and setting a key for it, but that doesn't work, it never opens...

Any ideas.....?

Because of my inability to select anything using the Item wheel as soon as they changed everything on it to be bindable I set up key binds for them all and use them instead.

The problem is that the keybinds don't work either!

For me - and I've no idea why - it open after a long press. Or press and hold if you prefer.

Same. I think the long press is how it's supposed to work. However, the one that is working is a long press too so not sure why one is working for OP and the other isn't.
