Item Wheel Vertical Is Faulty

Every time try to bind that it freezes and I have to CTRL+ALT+DELETE.

It's a very poor dynamic all the way around. Trying to use it while be shot, is a PITA and requires 3 hands.

I had a problem with the wheel (controller). It was initially assigned to moving/selecting with the right stick. Every time I selected something, my character would move. After I set the LEFT stick to be the one selection the option, everything is smooth and perfect.
