Items bought with Frontier Points - delay?

Hey fellow Commanders o7. I bought some items using Frontier Points to pimp out my Viper, noticed it said there can be a delay with these items appearing in-game but it's kinda been a while. Has anyone else experienced the issue and can give an rough time frame as to how long it took their items to show up?

I hope you get them soon, in the meantime look at my pretty Cobra MkIII with its lovely skin and name plate.

When nameplates first came out it took over 12 hours for mine to show up :-(

But they did...

The items I bought with my first 1000 points showed up after a few minutes (nameplates included). Here's hoping this gets sorted soon :)

I refuse to sit in my Cobra until I can get rid of the default paint job...

I purchased some paint jobs and a ship kit that have yet to show up, however a few minutes ago purchased the free decal pack and they showed up almost instantaneously. [where is it]

Don't worry too much as when 2.3 launched it took that long for stuff to turn up fdev got swamped with tickets (myself included) but they turned up in the end :)
