It's calling again...

So I've been back in the bubble for 3 weeks after completing my first mini-exploration loop to the Monkey Head nebula, Seagull Nebula and back home to Decait.
Roughly speaking it was a 22k ly round trip, 61m CR in rewards and a whole bunch of first discovery naming rights! It's safe to say the exploration bug has well and truly bitten!

I've spent the time getting a used to seeing ships in space around me while sourcing a couple of engineering upgrades (including a G5 roll for the FSD which has bumped by fully equipped jump range up to 47.87ly) and now the course is set for the Northern galactic rim (via Sag A on the way probably).

I'm normally pretty terrible at updating forum posts but I will aim to post anything special I see along the way!

Bon Voyage!

Good luck CMDR

Look me up in-game and I'm heading back from Beagle Point (now just north of SagA) so our paths may cross.

Me in some weeks, after coming back from my first Longer(ish) Exploration trip (about 60 k ly roughly guessed).

Gotta do some improvements to my ship first.

Fly safe!

Same for me. but atm I'm having fun working on factions and permits in the bubble.
I too want to unlock some engineers.

I'm at Colonia having returned to update my build and am about to follow you.

I love this feeling. It's the same on my real life boat. Fully victualed, an initial course plotted, crew ready at the lines. Oh that feeling as they slip and she gently moves out of her berth, clears the dock, and on, gathering way, on out into the black...... goodbye land, goodbye real life, on.... to unknown horizons..... to unknown adventures..... on... and on....
