Im friends with most systems in the entire empire, just I havent seen a navy mission since i last ascended 50 hours play ago, I been grinding for friends but nothing, its not a way you play the game its a bug...i think, why would elite make it so yo uwould have to grind so It must be bugged.
Its going to be hard to prove that navy missions are still bugged
