It's hard to be a Mercenary these days (Please give me something FDev)

It is not intended to be rant-Post.
Is it just me, or are the Payments of a Conflict Zone Massacre Mission Pretty low if you find them at all, or is this a actual Problem going around?
I'm not asking for a high Payout like in mining at the Moment, but the new CZ-System Comes together with much more Risk/Profit. I just want to make a decent Living as a Mercenarie or my Squadron won't have any members soon
I can' find any Massacre missions on the Board, it's not even affected if i'm on the controlled Station of the faction or not.
I don't wanna get rich with Gold but making a livin with my Passion to fight…. Pleeeease

Although i am a pirate, i value my adversaries,
which are mercenaries, trade guardians and bounty hunters,
and their jobs.

I have wished for fleshed out campaigns and long standing
contracts with minor factions for a long time.
I really hope FD will take the squadron module
and work that into the pledges to minor factions,
so you act as a loyalist wing or mercs.

We really need something like Mount & Blade offers
with merc contract work and wages.
Powerplay was a try, but the added layer on top of
the existing minor and major factions IMO
just overcomplicated everything and moved powerplay
out of the base game by that.

Ties matter. Make gameplay connected.
