It's not even like it's for challenge, since it's not consistent as 95% seem to be moveable, but every now and again there's a random tree or rock in the middle of the park which can't be removed and it just... hinders everything. I've seen this complained about a lot now but isn't fixed.
It's really rather annoying having random trees and rocks which can't be moved in the career scenarios
