It's the little things....

....that make me smile....

I just looked behind me in my Viper for the first time. I'd looked "a bit" behind but not this far; a little light comes on automatically to illuminate the rear of the cabin. I love VR! :)

It is great. Whenever I get a new ship I always spend a good while tiptoeing/crawling around in front of my desk trying to see over, under, & peak out everywhere I can. You can also walk around the outfitting screen while docked & get a close up detailed few of the exterior of the ship.

For the first time last night I stood up and took 2 steps right, turned and looked at my headless avatar. Grinned.

That and my mates shock and awe when he discoved the Cobra he's been flying about in (on a monitor) is actually a 2 seater.

I've bashed my head on the wall a couple of times doing this. Suppose I could move the desk out of the corner...

Yeah I'm scared of getting up and walking about because (a) it makes me feel dizzy and (b) I knock all the crap off my desk. I hadn't realised you could walk around in the hangar though, I've gotta try that. I still haven't got over how huge the ship looks in those screens with the Rift.
