I've got a question about Salome.

What does the word Salome mean, if anything? Something to do with seven veils, her ship?

I've stumbled across something very interesting, and trying to see if there any links.

Okay, but specifically, do the words "Salome" & "seven veils" have any link? I couldn't find anything, but what I bumped into absolutely struck me.
