I've logged issues but not had a response.

Hi. I've tried to stay positive about Odyssey but a couple of bugs have caused me lost game time and credits. I have found that the issues already exist on the tracker and have added my contribution and up voted. I've had no response. The main issue has been "NPC Crew member has disappeared".
Am I meant to have logged it a different way?
I appreciate you are working through a number of issues but I would be courteous to the players that are using the platform to deal with the symptoms of the issues they are encountering whilst you are working on the causes.
Kind regards
Rob

Issues on the tracker are logged for FDEV to fix them for the game as a whole.

If you have a problem in game on your account that needs fixing for you, log a ticket through Frontier Support. They should be able to look into it for you individually.

Just an FYI - I can't remember the last time a F D employee posted in this forum. Basically it is a sort-of self-help area.

As @rootsrat says, Issue Tracker is for general logging of game issues - like all bug reports, you get no feedback. If you want to raise an issue personally with support you have to "submit a request" on the support website. I have the following bookmark that I adapt for whatever issue I am bringing up. (You get email notices as well as on-the-site feedback on the support website - and personally I think the staff in support are brilliant, really helpful.)
