I've lost a bunch of materials at bartender because of Black Adder!

I was trying to get Chemical Superbase (of which I had 4).
So I went to the bartender, traded in everything that I didn't need... when I confirmed the trade I got a Black Adder and was kicked to the menu.

After checking my mats everything that I wanted to trade was gone yet my Chemical Superbase stayed at 4.

There is no option how to create a regular ticket for customer support and I doubt the issue tracker will help as I would need god knows how many confirmations to even get FDev's attention.

There's a customer support ticket system at https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/360016466800-Lost-in-game-assets-on-PC- where you can request compensation if a bug removes your stuff. With everything else going on right now support will be very overworked, so it'll probably be several days before they can get back to you, but they are generally very helpful once you get to the top of the queue.

https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/32560 doesn't talk about the bartender specifically but it's probably the same "Black Adder with materials" crash underlying the whole thing, so you could add your comment to that. Couldn't see any others which were already confirmed ... and there's tens of "confirming" bugs reporting a similar issue so this one with the bartender is stuck in duplicate hell and will never be noticed by Frontier because their bug tracker is explicitly user hostile.

Ah, thank you very much. I know there used to be customer support but I wasn't able to find it for Odyssey.
I will try the link you sent and I will also add my info to the issue.

EDIT: I see there is a checkbox for Odyssey in the form now.
 
Hey there - sorry about that. As mentioned above, the support team is the best route here, but please be patient with them.

I was later made aware that the customer support is still available for Odyssey although I had to request support for the base game.
When I selected Odyssey none of the options to contact customer support were available.

I did open a ticket for missing in-game mats.
