I've lost my black Vulture skin.

I haven't played for almost 3 years, and I remember that back then I did buy a skin pack (or something like that) that came with several colours for ships. The only one I was interested in was the black skin, and my Vulture had it on. Just now I got blown in a fight, and when I bought my Vulture back with the insurance, I find out that it has the default skin, and not only this but that in "livery" I didn't have any paint jobs available.
Is there any way to recover my black skin?

No, I can change things, a list shows up of all the stuff I can change and add. But the game shows as if I don't own anything at all (which would be correct, except for the paint jobs or skins that I bought back then)
Maybe because I haven't played for so long the game server forgot or erased what I had bought?

What you're describing definitely sounds like it lost your purchase for some reason. I'm hopeful that they keep a running log of all ARX transactions and should be able to pull up where you bought it, see you should own it and give it back. There's no valid way, that I'm aware of, to lose a paintjob in a normal situation.

If it's three years ago it was a normal paint job pack, you should see it in your account OP.
So I bet it's related to the Vulture problem, and not the account.

Yeah from what I recall back then there wasn't anything like ARX. It was just a pack I bought.
How can I check what's on my account? Maybe it does have something to do with that Vulture's bug. Though I can see all the livery options just fine.

Did you find your Orders and there was nothing listed there?
Are we talking pre-2016?

One thing you could try:

In the Game's Main Menu, click on Game Extras> Store >Paint Jobs.
If you're in the Vulture your owned paints will either be at the top with Orange Background, and unpurchased Paints are Blue Background. (Assuming your HUD colour is standard or close to)
If you're not in your Vulture, to the left of Filters at the top, is a little ship with an X next to it, just click that, then select your Vulture and check. (This is also a good way to see paints/kits you've purchased for other ships easily, as there's no "Items I Already Own " Filter...)

I'm not meaning to sound rude here, but is it possible you had the black paint for the Vulture, by means outside of purchase?
I remember years ago, we could use some of the basic in-game paint jobs by using some of the assets in the folders. The downside was that only we could see the colour of our ships had changed, and it was on limited ships you could do this.
I had my Vulture in White paint long before I purchased the Tactical Paint Package for it in 2016, using the above method.

If you did indeed purchase the paint pack an are unable to find it anywhere, I hope filing a support ticket can assist you further.

Thanks for your reply, and wishes. So far they haven't replied but I bet they will on monday, probably.
About the method you're talking about for paiting your ship, I didn't know it was possible to do it that way. I do remember buying that skin pack, that had several colours (most of them ugly as f..).
Already checked everywhere I could to see if they were somewhere to be reactivated or whatnot.. but without any luck.
I hope I get those paint jobs back. As the default colours of the ships tend to not be of my liking.

By the way, I've sold my Vulture to buy a Keelback for mining, and still can't see any paintjobs available. Apparently it wasn't solely related to the Vulture.

Did you ever buy any paint packs for the keelback?

Paint packs are unique to ships.
