the black hand information network at jaaka.net provides a tool to help you track your minor faction or plan your bgs work. It was started to help us manage our minor faction at Jaaka but is currently used by different imperial player groups.
At the time of writing we had gathered information about 3302 factions in 721 systems. The network provides different tools to manage minor factions and helps you flipping of controlsystem bubbles to a government type your power is strong against.
It is possible to export trend data to charts like this:
