Ships Jack of all trades build?

I'm very happy with my Cutter and cannot really see myself in another ship anytime soon! But, I've been toying around with my jack of all trades build and want to squeeze more out of her if I can.

My FSD is lvl 5 modified, so it's done. Her jump is 25 unloaded and 21.xx loaded.

My drive is level 3 dirty, but, as I'm about to unlock Palin, should I stay dirty or go clean? Anyone experiment with this? If so, what did you find?

I have military grade armor that is light weight. If I take it off, I only gain .5 LYs per jump.

I have 6a Fuel scoop, 6d fighter bay, 4H SRV, 8c bi-weave shield (with 5 boosters, input out 2750 shields).

All my weapons are modified and I need 41.7 MJ of energy. I have 1MJ of energy above my needs.

What else can I do? I still need Elite in exploring and combat. Those are my goals.
 
I mean, it looks like you answered the question yourself... Go hop into a Rez/CZ and start blasting your way to elite?

That said, I'd definitely go for G5 dirties; it's what I'm headed for next. Out of interest, what kind of weapons load out are you rocking? I'm currently messing around with 2L/2M Gimbaled Multis OC, and 1H/2M fixed efficient pulses. Seems to make the most out of the cutter's tiny capacitor. The fixed pulses do an impressive amount of damage despite only being pulse lasers (which I generally hate... Tried beams, but they just had no sustain.)
 
I use a large over MC, over charged, 2 L MC on top and 2 M MC on bottom. All are over charged. My top two Mediums are beam turrets. This gets rid of most ships quickly!
